30 Years of Quality and Innovation
For over 30 years, SIGA GmbH has stood for precision in gas dosing technology. Based in Allershausen near Munich, we develop systems for measuring, controlling, and vaporizing technical gases—delivering customized, reliable solutions with a high level of in-house manufacturing.
1984: Founded as Tylan Sales Vertriebsgesellschaft GmbH in Eching near Munich; initially a sales company for Tylan, distributing equipment for semiconductor production.
1992: Ownership passed to a group of employees who decided to continue the business independently; the company was renamed SIGA Systeme für industrielle Gasanwendung and relocated to Marzling (Freising district).
From that time, SIGA GmbH focused on manufacturing custom gas systems, particularly for applications in coating and process technology. Over 500 systems—ranging from large to small—have been built, comprising both unique, bespoke units and series-produced systems with batches of up to 50 units.
Further milestones
2005: SIGA GmbH relocated to Allershausen near Munich.
2025: After more than 30 years, Peter Probst handed over the company to new leadership; Dr.-Ing. Tobias Metz became the new Managing Director.
